A sequence of planned experiences which support children to practice and achieve proficiency in content and applied learning skills. The Mulberry Bush Emotional and Social Curriculum focuses learning on the five core competencies of successful emotional development.

Our award-winning, work-based Level 5 degree is specially designed for practitioners in the childcare sector.
Emotional and Social Curriculum
A practical, structured curriculum that helps children develop the emotional and social skills they need to thrive.
Designed for use in mainstream and specialist settings, the Emotional and Social Curriculum supports children who are functioning emotionally and socially below their chronological age. Through planned group experiences and daily activities, it develops five core areas of emotional development: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making.
