Support Us
The need for our services is unprecedented and growing, and increasingly Government funding cannot fund the support that children, adults and organisations need.
We are a charity and depend on the generosity of our supporters to enable us to deliver our ambitions strategy and support the people and organisations who need our help, but cannot afford to fund it themselves.

Ways to support
Our funding model
We have a robust and sustainable funding model which combines financial planning and commercial disciplines with effective charitable fundraising.

Funding from Government
We continue to work with Government to access funds to support our work where possible. From our roots in education, we now work in Youth and Adult Justice and Social Care where our training programmes, skills, advice and experience has impact.

Funding from Partners
We aim to provide realistic, well-priced and high value training programmes and consultancy to those who need our support – with individuals, in schools, local government and corporate organisations – in the UK and overseas.

Fundraising from Supporters
Our fundraising covers individual, corporate and philanthropic, events, national campaigns and match funding. We seek support from Trusts and Foundations for projects and new initiatives.

Innovation Fund
Our new Innovation Fund has been established to allow us to explore new opportunities and improve what we can offer to the people who need us.

We are grateful to all of those who have supported us in the past – we couldn’t do what we do without them and are committed to maintain and grow our relationships so we can reach more people and organisations that need our expertise. We rely on support across the spectrum of funders – and appreciate all our supporters, from from individuals to major Trusts and Foundations.

Philanthropy
We are extremely grateful for the vital financial support received from Trusts and Foundations.
Generous funding from these organisations over the years has enabled us to do much of our important work. We want to develop long term relationships with our funders who receive regular updates on how their help is making a difference, and a formal report is also shared within 12 months of any grant awarded to the charity.
Trusts and Foundations who support us also receive invitations to events and opportunities to find out more about our work throughout the year. Our aim is to ensure that your charitable objectives are met and you have evidence of the impact of your donation.

Major donors
Making a major gift is a unique and rewarding opportunity to work in partnership with us to help rebuild and transform the lives of emotionally-traumatised children.
We are incredibly grateful to all the individuals, companies, trusts and foundations whose long-term generosity and support over the years has helped us to support ever-increasing numbers of children, initially within the environment of The Mulberry Bush School and, more recently, through our outreach, training and research services, as well as the provision of other therapeutic environments such as our MB3 site in Gloucestershire.
With new challenges every day, and more and more children suffering mental health problems as a result of abuse, neglect and emotional trauma, your support is more important than ever.
