Aggressive Behaviour Conference

John Diamond, CEO of The Mulberry Bush Organisation and Stephanie Davies of MBOX Teaching School will be at the ‘Responding Therapeutically and Effectively to Aggressive Behaviour in Care Settings‘ conference at Carlow College on Monday 6th March.

There has been considerable research and discussion recently on the significant number of social carers and foster carers who suffer verbal and physical aggression and serious physical assaults from the people with whom they have chosen to care for and work. This conference will propose a way of understanding and working with clients’ aggressive behaviour and possibly preventing them.

John is introducing the Irish National Centre for Therapeutic Residential and Foster Care and Steph is running the primary workshop at the event.
