The Mulberry Bush consultation service has two departments:

1. Expert Consultation

Expert Consultation to schools and children’s organisations. The consultants are experienced senior managers with expertise in the development, management and delivery of educational and therapeutic child care programmes.

Specialist Services: Developing a multi-disciplinary service.Special needs teaching; early years and primary.Supporting emotional growth.Group work, including working with challenging behaviours.Working with and understanding challenging behaviours.Developing effective staff support structures.

2. Process Consultation

Our consultants include experienced professional associates who are able to support organisations in the public, private and voluntary sector seeking to develop more harmonious and efficient relationships in the workplace.

Specialist Services: Personal and Executive Coaching. Change management. Collaborative team building. Supporting teams through change and transition.
