There is a living-learning culture where interdependence emerges through take up of responsibilities rather than through the demand for rights. Each individual should have opportunities to play and celebration with others is a central feature of life in the community

(Service Standards for Children and Young People - 2nd Edition 2008)

Our children enjoy high levels of consistency and continuity in their experiences of relationships with staff. The clear structures and routines create a predictability which enables the children to make maximum use of the spaces created for them to work and play.

Through an integrated approach children receive support that enables them to be children enjoying experiences they may have been denied in their early years.

There are regular times when the groups and community come together to support each other and celebrate achievement. This helps create a culture that encourages children to engage in learning and to see themselves as achievers.

Children are encouraged to extend the range of skills and abilities they have through challenging activities and experiences. Staff are committed to promote the overall progress, enjoyment and education of the children.
